And take a look at the big picture from Michele Kelemen. We’ve heard briefly about Joe Biden’s foreign policy priorities. How is his approach different from his predecessor?
And, you know, there’s a bunch of foreign policy experts, some of them close to Biden, they went to Nebraska, Colorado, and Ohio, recently, to hear the Biden Wins 46th President of America USA Flag Color 2020 Shirt American point of view. You know, they support a lot for Trump’s tough talk about China but also have a pragmatic view of trade, immigration, and dealing with China, you know? They want trade deals to protect American jobs, global leadership, but not an outrageous America. So I think some of those topics will be important for Joe Biden’s presidency.
We can go and go. He has been criticized for this. However, every president of the United States tries to manage the relationship with the various powers of the world, hopefully, for the sake of peace. If at all, how would Biden be different?
I mean, Biden has a close personal relationship with many leaders, but you won’t see Biden praising Vladimir Putin. You will see him working with Putin on a new start, an arms control agreement with Russia. You won’t see Biden exchanging love letters with Kim Jong Un, but you’ll see him trying to push the denuclearization talks to take place on the Biden Wins 46th President of America USA Flag Color 2020 Shirt Korean Peninsula. Saudi Arabia is another country worth seeing, Steve, you know? Trump went there on his first overseas trip. Biden has made it clear that he will withdraw US aid for Saudi Arabia’s military campaign in Yemen, and raise human rights concerns more than Trump has. Progressive Democrats will motivate him to do more.
