The 15,000-square-foot Campus Garden grows more than 30 different fruits, vegetables, and herbs on 50 tall beds and six plots of land. Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass) has announced the opening of the New Garden Room at Pittsburgh’s National Aviary, which showcases bird safety glasses provided by Vitro and Walker Glass. Known officially as “The Garden Room at the National Aviary”, the new site offers sweeping views of Allegheny Commons Park and the historic Rose Garden while offering wedding, corporate, and classroom spaces. diverse learning. National Aviary plans to receive the LEED® Certification for the Garden Room, designed by Pittsburgh architecture firm Perfido Weiskopf Wagstaff + Goettel (PWWG), to provide all the conveniences of a space. New event with innovative sustainable features.
