Thursday marked the five months since Breonna Taylor was shot dead in her apartment by LMPD drug prevention agents. Next to her during the photoshoot was her boyfriend Kenneth Walker.

Documents submitted by the Taylor family say that after the shooting, she breathed her last without medical attention for at least six minutes.

The Walkers said their son relives everyday footage and he struggled with severe PTSD.

“He had to heal without her,” said Felicia. “He has to heal for losing her.” The Walkers said Kenneth is figuring out what his world would look like if it weren’t for the people who created him the whole thing, now five months after she was killed.
