When the star of the craze went viral on YouTube as the Pennywise Peace love Pitbull shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater terrifying clown Pennywise, from the horror film It, had 21 million views, fans were expecting something big in front of his doorstep in Clydebank.
This year Oli urged Post readers to send him their hints about the character they’d like to see him transform into this year and with restrictions on social distance, he’s looking to do things a little differently.
Following a recent call on The Post, Oli was given some ideas to consider for Hallowe’en.
Oli said: “It’s great to hear from people and their opinions on what I should do this year. Although people seem to like Pennywise a lot, they still ask for it again. I have a few opinions, but have not yet made a final decision.”.
Crowds have gathered outside the Oli family home over the Pennywise Peace love Pitbull shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater past few years to see him as Pennywise and last year as Jack Nicholson’s character in The Shinning. Along with the horror, the crowd also enjoyed a small bag of sweets.
Oli, who also dress up as The Grinch when our sister published the Glasgow Times newspaper taking him to Christmas shopping in Buchanan Street, added: “I don’t want to let people down and I still want to give them a horrible Halloween night, but we’ll definitely have to do things differently this year. I don’t think it’s our responsibility for people to approach us even if there is social alienability.
‘I’d love to be able to hold a little parade through Clydebank and bring it to people rather than people coming to us. A small float would be ideal to go around and I would urge any company out there that may be involved in transport or vehicles to contact. You will help bring a small dish to those around Hallowe’en. “…
