Friends and family of a deceased tattoo artist are trying to regain his skin. When Chris Wenzel passed away in 2018, his family made arrangements to preserve his heavily decorated skin as a souvenir. They keep the Sak Yant Tattoo Thailand limited Shirt debris at the tattoo shop he founded in Saskatoon, Electric Underground.

“I know a few family members who still consider tattoo maintenance Chris.” Ballantyne, speaking on Zoom, told Global News it was heartbreaking for the family to lose their tattoos. Trey, an Emerson student, started a student tattoo business called Kosher Ink, inspired by the persistent boredom caused by the pandemic.
Since last May, Trey said he has done about 200 tattoos, 75% of which are for Emerson students. He does about 5 to 10 tattoos per week and spends about an hour each. His price changes based on the Sak Yant Tattoo Thailand limited Shirt size, color, and design of the tattoo, with an average price of $ 50. “I know Emerson is going to make it – I know it’s the perfect demographic for doing it. That, and COVID definitely helped, ”said Trey. “People aren’t willing to go to tattoo parlors, it takes a while to pre-order, so anyone who wants a small tattoo won’t do it. There are usually minimum fees, such as the $ 75 minimum, and I can do it for $ 40. ”
While starting COVID-19 in May 2020, Trey started getting tattoos and initially wanted to do the trick. Instead, he decided to get more permanent tattoos, buying the necessary materials from Amazon and other tattoo supply stores. Trey started promoting his work by creating a business account on Instagram and following people he knew. In the end, his friends showed them to their friends and spread the word about his tattoos. Currently, he has nearly 600 followers and says he is increasing every day.
He said the Sak Yant Tattoo Thailand limited Shirt brand name of his business, Kosher Ink, was intended to make a mockery of his Jewish roots. By naming his business Kosher Ink, he said he was implying the fact that tattoos were not promoted in Judaism. “I started [training] on my feet and then my sister’s boyfriend and husband,” said Trey. “Like, the first time I did color, I tried it on my body, and the first time I applied the shade, I tried it on the legs. Every time I do another tattoo I practice and I’m getting better and better. “Among the tattoo community, many tattoo artists will take whatever design they are assigned to and copy it for the client. However, Trey said he would take a design he was sent in and redraw it to avoid piracy.
