On Monday, the Sorry I’m Late My Cat Sleeping On Me Funny Cat Lovers T-ShirtHumane Rescue Coalition shared on Twitter that they are taking care of a perfect litter of newborn kittens from which the Girls can choose their new “Catbinet” member. The three children were born on November 26. In honor of the Bidens’ relationship with Delaware beaches, they were named Rehoboth, Lewes and Bethany.
Samantha Miller, communications director for the Humane Rescue Coalition, said their mother was found in Northeast D.C.’s Michigan Park on November 10, when animal control officers answered a call about a feral cat that appeared to be pregnant. The mother, a Siamese child about two years old, was taken into a foster home, where she gave birth a few weeks later.
Miller reports that the Sorry I’m Late My Cat Sleeping On Me Funny Cat Lovers T-Shirt foster family of this litter quite loved all four cats. The mother, named Cattleya, is clearly a very good mother, or squealing every time she breastfeeds and cuddles her child when they seem distressed.
Rehoboth, the smallest kitten with the darkest patches of color, “especially cuddles” and likes to sleep on the mother. Lewes, the grey one, and Bethany, the largest kitten, are said to be bolder and more confident when away from their mother.
Kittens are usually ready to be adopted by the age of eight weeks, meaning they will be ready on Inauguration Day. For Major, who is from the Humane Society of Delaware, the Bidens will bring their first rescue dog to the Sorry I’m Late My Cat Sleeping On Me Funny Cat Lovers T-Shirt White House. I mean, look at these faces…
