The 33,000-square-foot resort-like setting is the latest project by Shaheen Sadeghi, The LAB founder. “After four years of construction and restoration, we are delighted to open Leisuretown to the public. Leisuretown is Modern Times’ eighth retail project and certainly, the most unique one, ”Modern Times CFO Chris Sarette said in the announcement.

For gourmets, there will be a beer-friendly menu that includes salads, french fries, Nashville chicken sandwiches, paletas, cookies, cream sandwiches, and other delicacies. There are also plant-based dishes, such as Cowboy Burger with pickles, fried onions, and cream cheese with coconut cream.
This building is proper reuse of a historic warehouse, as well as a Craftsman’s house in 1911 and the property is within walking distance from Anaheim Packing House.
“The Modern Era Project is an extension of preserving and supporting our history and culture in Anaheim,” Sadeghi said. “Our company was involved in restoration projects throughout downtown Anaheim and the creation of the Packing District. Every time we do, the appreciation, support, and enthusiasm from the community is amazing ”.
