As a new ‘ghost kitchen’ concept from the team at Tap & Barrel and Brewhall, Fixins Kitchen is a take-out and delivery-only restaurant that offers pretty much anything in terms of two items: mac, cheese, and fried chicken. While there are nine mac and cheese versions on the menu here – from a small kid-sized portion of the basic pasta and cheese sauce to the $ 27 “So Fancy” made with lobster, truffles, chives, and lemons – when it comes to fried chicken, Fixins are doing it as original or spicy in chicken, wings or sando dinner combos. You could say this ghost kitchen is a real poultry housekeeper.
